The Fin Addict Angler Shoreline Tournament promotes a spirit of friendly competition while participants enjoy the sport of fishing with family and friends and make some special memories!

Tournament Rules

Entry Qualifications: This tournament is open to the public. Each participant should complete a registration. A registration form can be submitted online and the entry fee paid prior to the event.

Registration: Early registration is strongly encouraged but not required. As a bonus, pre-registered by April 27 will receive a limited edition tournament t-shirt (while supplies last)! Registrations after April 27 cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Registration is available on the day of the tournament. If your register in-person the day of the tournament, the entry fee must be paid in cash - no other payment methods will be accepted.

Registration Fee: The shoreline tournament registration fee is:

Open Division: $35 per person

Women's Division: $25 per person

Kid's Division: $20 per person

Check-In: TBD a.m. - TBD a.m. There will be an informal meeting at TBD a.m. the morning of the event to go over tournament rules and guidelines.

Tournament Times: You must check-in at tournament table to confirm your registration before you begin fishing regardless of your arrival time.

Participants can begin fishing at TBD a.m. and will submit their fish no later than 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2018. Fish caught before 6 p.m. or submitted after 10 am on Sunday, May 6, 2018 will not be eligible for judging. In order for a fish to be eligible for judging, it must be submitted by the deadline. Winners will be announced at the event.

Tackle & Fishing Equipment: Live, dead and artificial bait will be permitted. Each participant will be allowed to have and use #TBD poles at a time. Please use fishing poles or cane poles in this tournament - no nets or traps or any other method may be used in this tournament. You must bring your own fishing gear, bait etc.

Fishing Location: For this tournament, participants will be allowed to fish off the shoreline of Calaveras Lake.

Fishing Laws: This tournament will adhere to all State (TPWD) fishing rules. For TPWD rules, visit the TPWD website. Fish size must be legal in order to be eligible for judging.

Judging: Tournament judging is as follows:

All legal fish must be submitted and accepted to be eligible for tournament judging. All judges' decisions are final.

Awards: Winners for each division (1st, 2nd, 3rd TBD based on number of entries) will be announced after judging has concluded.

Check-in starts at TBD a.m.. Please check-in prior to fishing.
