About The Event
This FREE Fiesta Event is filled with nature, fantastic music, food trucks, fiesta medals, ballet folklorico performances and tons of fun for all from 11am to 3pm. The Fin Addict Angler Fishing Clinic will start the event with its Basic Angler Educational Clinic fun activities from 11am to 2pm for ages 5 to 16. Check-in registration to participate in the program is from 11am to 1pm. No fishing license is required of ages under 17. All equipment and bait will be provided for the event. Fin Addict Instructors and volunteers will share their knowledge and skills with the youth on the basics of fishing through fun methods making this event full of excitement! Children will be taught stewardship, know tying, safety, casting, followed by fishing alongside of the bank of the San Antonio River. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and wear plenty of sun protection. Adults must accompany children.…
