We need volunteers! Space is limited. Workshop leader Oscar Castillo, is our Fin Addict Angler Foundation Founder, Executive Director and certified volunteer TPWD Area Chief Angler Instructor. This FREE workshop is open to anyone 18 or older. The TPWD program provides the curriculum, equipment, materials and support to help volunteers successfully introduce the TPWD Angler Education Program.
